Culture is sort of the buzzword and I think two, three years ago, according to Miriam Webster dictionary, like culture was the number one used word in the world. So therefore what does culture mean? But then obviously for what we do is delivering happiness or DH, it pertains to company or organizational culture. And so just seeing this evolution of what culture really means and how it actually taps back into the central questions of us as individuals.
There’s more to business than just making money. We want to make the world better, both for our customers and our employees. To do that, we need to create a company culture that’s built around happiness.
