I think Mexico is maybe the most populous country in the world that doesn't have the death penalty. And so, you know, neighbors to ourselves setting a good example for us. I take Augustine's point here that there's something in people that is not altogether virtuous. But on the other hand, we have natural moral intuitions that incline us towards the good.
