i feel very strongly the cultural change almost garti from the top. Because the people at the top are the ones who set the incentives. And so when it's not fair to change the rules on people half way through and all these other things. But it's going to come from above, at least as much as it comes from below. We' already getting prusher from below. It there's because there are new people being brought into the field with very different backgrounds. They are saying, we believe that these things are important. These are things that we happen to care about.
