You don't always need to be productive. In fact, you can oftentimes be more productive when you're actually taking a step back and taking a break. I took a month off of the podcast and made a shift in how often I'm releasing episodes. So without having done that, I would be stuck in that like same pattern of feeling like I just need to be churning out episodes or constantly doing things.
