I can't see central government programms, stead of landing on our heads from on high, actually cutting it. I think people will need much more handholding locally i've been recently visiting a lot and listening to the carbon cart people in manchester who run the people powered retrit programme. And they've been saying it takes them three, four, sometimes sixmon s working with a household or with a street community to persuade them to have the confidence to go for recfit. We can't afford to spend six months preventing persuading every household to do this. Clearly, we'll pick up momentum, but i a very big potential role for local authorities in facilitating it and helping to organize
