How Can the U.K. Be More Competitive?
It's almost quite nice to imagine a world where different governments are building different modules, if you like, for it. And friendly nations can use each other's modules, as it were. I could imagine er this sort of happening is a variety of different countries, when they get to play to their respective strengths and antracanareally do it. i think it creates like, a positive competitive dynamic that touch some sot jess was just saying.
