Larry fink founded a firm whose market capitalization now is in excess of golden sacks thissus. Larry worked incredibly hard and been really breath taking hours in commencement ad. But he also had the abilityo sit back and take a 30 thousand foot view when necessary, while being able to drill into the most extreme detail. That doesn't make me want to be him, because he is a very different personality to me. And what motivates him is not what motivates me but i can admire and respect elements of his achievement.
