Can, can the tarot cards of tech be applied to services or service based businesses. I recognize the possibilities of disruption and change before ascribing value to that one way or another. In the case of automation there are a lot of positives that could result from fuller automation but we need to be recognized. The possible negative consequences to people especially when that change happens. Not the answer might not be to fight that change but to create additional services or products which address those externalities and negative consequences.
