One of the main features you should know about a one is that theire vice, and some people will say this is their main sin. The problem with the one emotionally is that they can have anger,. They can forget to connect that anger to deeper emotions such as sadness or fear. And then they can resent those around them for not working as hard as them. So it's really important that you understand that instead of the anger and the resentment, taking that instinctual pause has been so helpful to many ones i know.
