The Importance of Prioritizing the Needs of Students and Staff

Edinburgh has had to do a lot of firefighting or be very reactive in the way that the university has been managed because of this constantly changing situation. You've pointed to the fact that obviously you have kind of prioritized focusing on the lessons that can be extracted. In terms of leading Edinburgh through this period, how have your priorities changed in the kind of more immediate sense of staff support or how you are working with students? We've had to take decisions that we never would have had to take had it not been the pandemic.
