Organizing a Small Conference?

i really do think think about it almost like a minnee conference, and appreciating and recognizing all the work that goes into running a good conference. I totally agree with you about structure. You have to build in those times where they are, there are unstructured times. What sort of within the itinerary? Yo've got to give people options. That's important, rather than saying, 'It's everybody's going to do this' And honestly, we did have a lot of meals here at the office. But i think it's great though, for people to go out.
