i think too offten people go chasing the career path i want to be a a certain level this is going. What do i see myself doingand what does that total package look like, insens of me enjoying it and getting value and growing and learning? Once i've done that, i my personal learning style is people, i don't learn well from books. I cannot read business books because i get to the end and im like i actually feel dumber at the end of it than i did when i started. So then it's about me.
