Tim Vine says he has never written his stand up down ever. The advantage of being a Type B comic is it's highly unlikely to drop a routine that everyone quotes forever. But the disadvantage is if I open with something quite divisive likeBrexit or vaccine and it slips out my mouth at the top and I feel a resistance from the audience, I can just go fuck that right. You don't have to be a stand-up but trained you can feel what they like and detach yourself from your own ego. It's not funny to me and everybody else in the world doesn't find it funny so next time we'll see each other again.
