Why Do People Buy a Piece of Software?

In your mind, why does someone buy a piece of software from someone? Well, why do we buy anything? The answer to that is it has to be very clear to me that my future state, the future state that I conceive of with that product or service being applied is dramatically better than my current state. And so what you want in order to drive a transaction is to make sure that that can be at the top of the list. It's mixing the personal and the business in a way that is like very visceral and also timely helps the transaction come to fruition.
