The disaster of space journey is officially the worst amusement park disaster ever. The ride was built to be a simulation of Apollo 11, but it's run didn't last long. Shortly after opening the ride ended up killing several people and entering many more. No known photos of the actual mechanics of the ride exist for public viewing.
