Find out what put you in flow and it doesn't have to be work related flow is a state when you're not really worrying about other things so for me if that's writing easier to write in the beginning of the day because I'm not drained. If phone is on airplane mode and you're basically don't let anything distract you from that flow state as soon as you get out of flow state your life isn't going to be very good.
