Strategic Decision Making in the Church

In my current ministry situation, there is a massive non denominational church down the road. Almost a decade ago, a bunch of technology was purchased for the sanctuary that's just simply way too much. You're not going to out glorious big church. That's us doing modernity's wager. The phrases i used all the times on work with folks, and i came out of large church's environments. So how do you do things, or how does your church do thingsno, that's going to be absolutely unique to who you are.
