The Arrest of a Heroin Overdose
linny bruce's is sort of a reecurring character that comes up in in the show and really shapes basil's own comedy within the show. O, can i just give a shot out to the show marvellous miss basil, because if you haven't seen it, it's so good. Ackly, ah, so let's come back tothe arrest. I mean, bruce is arrested a number of times. And this also is the point at which his struggles with addiction and with heroine sart escalate. Not long after his arrest and his imprisonment that he ultimately dies of a drug overdose. But two thousand three there was a campaign to posthumously pardon him.
