The whole on service hare is really untapped, certainly in financial service. We've got to think about how these new formats and mediums lend themselves to the design of new experiences. Mazon alexa has been an incredibly successful technology,. because my 80 year old mother can use it cause she just talks to it andit understands her. And so rather than human level, you know, it's not trying to pretend to be human, but it understands the analogue parts of us well enough to create a seamless experience.
