There's a half attached mode that i think is enabled specifically for incidents. My guess is that the reason why engagement on slack social was so much higher is that everyone was basically spending all day with slack open and in it all the time. Whereas now being social takes intentionality and friction. That's my guess. We should just be mindful of a e proliferation, just the in that slack, by the nature of its existence and the way that they optimize their product, is trying to pull us into a style of working that we really want to avoid.
