Microsoft has created a system that allows product managers to track their impact on the world around them. The aim is to make it easier for anyone, even those with little or no research experience, to build off others' work. But there are some concerns about how this could be used by people who aren't well-trained in terms of data analysis and so on. Microsoft's new HR system also aims to give employees more incentive to improve their performance.
