Is the Release Team More Technical Than Administrative?

The release team is often seen as an administrative role versus a pure coding role. Your wife said to you, i don't think your job is to code any more. When the platform catches up and does things like makes it easier tomanage multi cluster environments, do you go back to the customers and bring them up to day with the newest method? It depends most of our engagements are to tere to solve a specific problem, and once we've solved that problem, they may have us back. There are some within jetstack whot do that, but not so much in my team.
