Bruce Campbell: I am a little bit bound or less and psychologically probably at different points in my life. So like the idea of cut-ups was really his attack on basically what you're saying. But there were times where I didn't know whether I was a character in the book. And then during Marvel Universe, I was sort of upset, like, why am I not a character in this book? The vanity and ego of a writer precludes that.
