The Differences Between Traditional Private Equity and Private Equity

We don't have a standard model that exists for any deal. We value businesses based on its cash flow, not based on like EBITDA or some other number. In the last two years, it's mostly been working capital adjustments in addition to CapEx that have made a real change. And so anything that was operating in just in time inventory over the last kind of 10 years has made a material change in how the business is structured.
