Reviewing a website can be such a maze of random stuff. So part one is going through that user experience yourself and seeing if there's anything obvious, glaringly obvious that might be stopping people. The second one is the analytics tools that we have access to. I tend to use Google Analytics over built-in analytics on WordPress or Squarespace because it counts every single interaction.
