The Importance of Prayer

The word scripture is fulfilled in concrete living dialogues. One thing that makes it up is first of all a consciousness of our own sin, the other is the voice of God urging us to confess it and seek his mercy. We do not therefore pray because we feel like it. Sometimes our prayers are much better when we do not feel like praying.
