Jeremy Hunt insists there is no room for tax cuts in his March budget. He's dismissed suggestions that he had been handed this wind full after the government achieved a surprise $5.4 billion surplus. The Chancellor appears to be standing firm that he's not going to ease the tax burden, which is at a 70-year high. And he's also under pressure not to lift corporation tax to 25% from 19%.
