The Effects of SSR-I on the Limbic System
Psilocybin and acetylopram were tested in a head-to-head trial. The primary outcome was depression scores, but there was no statistically significant difference between the conditions. But other outcomes like remission rates were twice as high with psilocybin thanacetylopram at the end of the trial. Response rates for both treatments were 70% versus 50%.
