Reverse Dieting Is Indefensible

Reverse dieting is one of the more common applications i see, in my opinion, has a low likelihood of success. So basically all you're doing there is slowly increasing caloric intake so that you're able to reverse some of those adaptations that you experience during the diet. And this is to make your long term maintenance a little bit more sustainable. A once you get back into your next weight loss phase, like i said, i have no reason to believe that you're not going to have those adaptive drops again.
