The Challenge of Phone Calls in Law Practices

A, no, but i do think phone calls are a challenge for people. I like to not get on the phone with people related to my law practice unless i have prepared for the call. When calls come in from clients that are not planned, i don't necessarily pick them up. If i'm in the middle of doing something, iam not going to stop doing that just because they chose to call me out of the blue. We want this to be the place where, once coronovirus is over, everyone wants to come hang out. Get get it, get a stand up donkey con machine, and i'll move in.
