Is the Upper Body Glycegen Depleted Faster Than the Lower Body?

My little pet theory is that upper body glycogen depletes quicker and to a greater extent than lower body glicogen does. Changes in fulness, in response to temporally when you traind or when you start dieting, seem more obvious in te upery body than lower. I don't think this study is a great piece of evidence to support what what your what you're thinking. But there is some other research we'll talk about that might because i think the only muscle thicknesses they did with ultra sound were the elbow flexers and trice dam.
