The Dead Lift Is Not Necessary for a Weight Lifting Programme

The dead lift is very efficient in it trains a lot of muscles at the same time. You can use other exercises to train all those muscles. There are plenty of exercises that train your posterior chain muscles, the muscles on the back side of your body. And lastly, i'll say that you don't have to do the dead lift. It's my favourite exercise personally. But it is not necessary. I'm always looking for new ideas and constructive feedback.
