440 blue in combination with 660 may just be about the best thing we come up with for wound healing. 980 or 970 somewhere in that range is a nice little window where you can get good stimulation blood flow to the more superficial tissue. 440 and 660 do have some extremely interesting effects that are that show, you know, back to your side effects as well as speeding up the mitochondrial process.
