Poly Synthesis and Big Giant Compounds

There is sort of a difference I think between poly synthesis and big giant compounds English can get big giant compound words. You don't get a word in English that means a sentence. We can leave it to the actual sort of the two to morphologist maybe myself in the future right and work out whether theoretically there's any difference or not but it does seem to be a different thing.
