Advent - An Opportunity for Adoration
The purpose of one of the purposes of Advent is this sense of adoration. Adoration should also be primarily an adoration for Jesus, you know? And yet I think sadly, I don't think about that often because there's so many other things that are competing for my adoration. The opportunity for adoration can be found through contemplation. But when we look at the story of Israel and we see a people of God, we see a contemplate of people.
