The Art of Pitching a Proposal

I wouldn't say that it's necessarily about agendas. There's a kind of art to like presenting your proposal or whatever in such a way as to capture the particular people that are in the room and the particular worries that they're going to be having in this context. So I agree that at higher levels, there's a lot of style and art and charisma and other sorts of social skills that can help you push whatever you're trying to push. But the fact that you are having a this thing you're pushing is a distinctive feature of those conversations.
