The Importance of Love
I think part of this is trying not too much to apply our working philosophies to love because that's when it becomes very instrumental. Why should we account for love? You know, it's not money that we put in the bank. And really, you know, it is something very different and something incredibly nourishing - can we value it just for that? I mean, at the end of the day, no one on their deathbed says, I wish I'd worked more if we know that. But it's worth reminding ourselves that, right?
