What's the Risk of Hybrid?
Matt substack says he doesn't have a hard time staying focused. He works intensely for that middle period and then is too frazzled to do much else outside of those areas so I'm usually reading or writing. When we adopt the kids off reader write until five uh answer emails and go to meetings is less productive it feels less productive it probably needs to be done anyway. So you might as well be in person it's kind ofYeah yeah so anyway that's the the risk no I can see that actually I didn't think about the the risk burden of hybrid as much great okay um last question which is what does a productive day or week look for you?
