The Importance of Getting Good Results

I wouldn't underestimate the importance of just getting good results I mean ultimately you do need people to be doing jobs that are well paid. The idea that you just front load all of your skills and knowledge and then between 16 and 18 you're kind of baked maybe tack on a few years at university is madness. What you want is a situation where later in your life you're going to have to go back and require new skills or if you didn't get the numeracy that you ought to have done at school there is a system by which you can top that up you can go back.
