When something tastes like sugar in your mouth, outside of fruit, you should be consciously thinking like, do I need this? How is it impacting my health? Whether it's artificial sweetener or actual sugar, it's having an impact on you and just like minimizing that. Or save it for like special events and stuff, right? Yeah.
