Dennis Darnell designed a trap where you drill a hole in the lid of your garbage can and then you pop in this little plastic doorway for the fly. The cartridge is lined with fly paper, so while the fly thinks it's going down into the garbage can, it actually walks into the disposable cartridge and becomes stuck. Dennis says he doesn't have any regrets about his work at Kate Spade because they've done such a good job that luckily I don't have to be there.
