I made a deliberate decision to, well, I started off with more hard skills. When you start talking about the kind of softer skills, I actually had a concern that this might be crossing a line with Facebook where they might not want an engineer at Facebook to now talk about the Facebook process or the life of a Facebook engineer. And so I was very deliberate when I started out in 2019 that the content I make should be should stand on its own two legs without the Facebook brand or my brand necessarily carrying it. It's mostly by here's this concept. Let me explain it in a detailed way that makes sense to you.
