Security Hygiene Is a Major Thing

A lot of people's take on this one is that they want to put it over onto the software engineers or the people designing software. That introduces the idea of having good security hygiene, where you're developing software and then selling it to the general audience. It could open the doors for more spying in the future, depending on what it means by moving responsibility from individuals over to corporations. But I'm seeing some really good messaging around this strategy report.
