Underneath that you're good Basically have in a sense rooted underneath it are those critical success factors. Each one has to be a critical imperative um Work and progress towards Because if it's not then the goal won't get done. So they're each in an integral link towards the goal actually becoming completed. Tommy, we just ran into this major issue with a client where there is a definition coming from finance around Metrics in an organization. We were doing a bit more to enhance the conversation around what that key metric was.
