Introduction

Ken Paxton is the attorney general of Texas. He was indicted and booked into the Cullen County Jail in Texas on felony securities fraud charges a few years ago. Since that mugshot was taken, since he has been under felony indictment, Mr. Paxton has run for reelection as Texas Attorney General twice - and won both times.
