When I see a patient with peripheral RTL disease especially if it's SFA disease we do start them on the phosphodiesterase inhibitor. The doses come in 100 milligrams twice a day sometimes they get a little bit of diarrhea and they have a symptoms of heart failure then I may go down to 50 BID.
