In John chapter nine of the Gospels, Jesus heals a blind man. In that story, all the religious leaders go to greater and greater sinful extremes to silence people because they believe in certainty. The man who has humility is worshiped by Jesus for his willingness to admit he didn't have it all figured out. And so I feel like we're going to be facing that kind of, of conundrum when we are exploring aspects of the natural world that we still haven't even begun to understand.
