When you look at the Gallup's latest survey, we're talking about a 7.1% of the U.S. population identifying as LGBTQ plus. And if these people are leaking out of STEM pathways from a purely STEM talent perspective, that is unacceptable. I think there's going to be a tremendous impact of just symbolically what that does in galvanizing research and policymakers. Even if the data don't do anything, but I think they'll do a ton...I think it will be very helpful"
