Glycogen Utilization in the Forearm

You said that you've been doing research on climbers. Can you tell me about that? Yeah. One we're going to be looking at glycogen utilization in the forearm, which there's the literature is pretty ripe with that looking at runners and cyclists in most of the leg muscles. And so one of the hypotheses is that the forearms, because they're so small, is that you're not in because the climbing time, especially with bouldering or short routes, you're really not having to tap into those glycogen stores very much.
