How to Build Muscle Consistently
If you can't hit this goal here, you're not going to get far. Find a workout that you can be consistent with and stick with it. Stick with barbells, dumbbells, cables and body weight exercises whenever possible. Machines are actually a little trickier to use sometimes in certain cases. However, they're good for hamstring curls and knee extensions.
